1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

  1. Age Limits: You must be at least 21 years of age or older for adult-use recreational cannabis purchases, or at least 18 years of age or older with a valid physician’s recommendation or Medical Sequential Registration Card (MMIC) for medical cannabis purchases.

  2. Representations: By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

    • You meet the minimum legal age requirements described above.

    • All registration, contact, and identification details provided are true, accurate, and current.

  3. Identity Verification: We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Driver's License, State ID, or Passport) and medical credentials at any time to verify your identity and eligibility.

2. Compliance with Local, State, and Federal Laws

  1. Federal Law Notice: Cannabis remains classified as a Schedule I controlled substance under U.S. Federal law. You acknowledge that you are using our Services at your own risk regarding federal enforceability.

  2. State Compliance: Jet Room operates strictly in accordance with California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) regulations and local city ordinances in Adelanto and Long Beach.

  3. Prohibited Transport: You agree not to transport cannabis products across state lines or outside the State of California under any circumstances.

3. Not Medical Advice; Health Disclaimers

The content on our website and provided by staff is for informational and educational purposes only. Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Cannabis products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. 4. Orders, Pricing, and Delivery Terms

  • Product Availability & Batches: Product descriptions, cannabinoid potency (THC/CBD percentages), and strain details are subject to variation by batch.

  • Pricing: All prices listed on the Website are subject to change without notice. Applicable state cannabis taxes, excise taxes, and local sales taxes are added at checkout or point of sale.

  • Reservations & Pickup: Placing an order online constitutes a request to reserve products and does not guarantee availability until physically confirmed and fulfilled at the retail location.

  • Delivery Services: Local weed delivery is available only within designated service zones in California. Delivery orders require identity and age verification upon arrival by the driver.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: In accordance with financial regulations, payments for cannabis products must be completed at point-of-sale via cash, PIN-debit, or approved ACH solutions (e.g., AeroPay/CanPay). Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted.

  • Returns & Refunds: In compliance with state regulations, all sales of cannabis products are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for personal preference or change of mind. Defective hardware (e.g., faulty vape cartridges) may be reviewed for replacement or store credit within 14 days of purchase with receipt and original packaging.

5. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to immediately notify Jet Room at info@jetroom.com of any suspected unauthorized access or security breach.

6. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Uses

All website design, logos, trademarks ("Jet Room"), text, images, and content are the exclusive property of Jet Room Inc. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse website data or infrastructure.

7. User Conduct & Reviews

Any feedback, reviews, or submissions provided through our site or third-party platforms become non-confidential. You agree not to post defamatory, obscene, hateful, fraudulent, or illegal material. We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed under the internal laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in San Bernardino County or Los Angeles County, California.
