Program Basics

  • The Jet Room Rewards Program is our way of thanking our most loyal flyers. By earning points on every purchase that you can redeem for dollars off future orders, we make every trip to the Jet Room even more rewarding.

  • Yes, an account is required to track your spending and store your points. Without an account, we have no way to deliver your earned points or exclusive tier-based discounts. You can sign up easily HERE.

  • No. To keep our daily "flight" deals as low as possible, rewards points cannot be combined or "stacked" with other discounts, BOGOs, or daily specials. At checkout, you can choose to either use your earned points OR the current in-store deal—whichever saves you the most money!

  • Yes. In order to deliver your earned points and tier status, a record of your purchases is kept in your secure account. You can view your points and progress toward the Aviator or Captain tiers by logging into your profile HERE.

Tiers & Status

    • Explorer: Entry level ($0–$499 annual spend). Earn 5% back in points.

    • Aviator: Mid-level ($500–$1,499 annual spend). Earn 7% back in points.

    • Captain: Elite level ($1,500+ annual spend). Earn 10% back in points.

  • You keep your highest earned status for the rest of the current calendar year AND the entire following calendar year.

    • The "Status Lock": If you earn Captain status in October 2025, you are a Captain for the rest of 2025 and all of 2026.

    • Annual Reset: Spending thresholds reset every January 1st. To keep your Captain seat for 2027, you’ll just need to meet the $1,500 spend requirement again at some point during 2026.

  • While your tier status is "locked" for the year, remember that individual points expire on a rolling 90-day basis. Your rank stays high, but make sure you "burn" those points within 3 months of earning them!

  • You level up automatically just by shopping. As your total spend for the year hits a new threshold, your account is promoted immediately. For example, the moment you hit $500 in spend, you become an Aviator and start earning 7% back on that very next flight.

Points & Expiration

  • Yes. Points expire on a rolling basis 90 days after they are earned. We’ll send you updates so you don’t forget to "burn" them before they expire!

  • We celebrate your birthday in high style! You will receive $15 in Birthday Points deposited into your account 14 days before your birthday. These points are valid until 11:00 PM on the day of your birthday, at which point they expire.

  • Rewards can be redeemed as soon as you reach 1 point, which earns you your first $1 off credit. You can choose to use your points as you earn them or save them up to unlock larger discounts on future flights!

  • It’s seamless. When you are purchasing online, if you have a points balance, you will see an option at checkout to apply your rewards. Your credit will be applied directly to your subtotal. If you are in-store, just let your budtender know you'd like to "burn" some points!

  • At this time, points are redeemed for store credit to be applied to your cannabis or gear purchases.

  • Points expire on a rolling basis 90 days from the date they are earned. While your Tier Status (Explorer, Aviator, Captain) is locked in for the year based on your total activity, your spendable points must be used within 3 months.
